It might surprise you to learn that the services I could provide to you as a potential home buyer are offered to you without charge. The owners of the thousands of homes which are offered on the Multiple Listing Service, have already agreed to pay my commission for Buyer’s Agent services to support your home search. This is also generally true for virtually all new home builders as well.
So ... Since you're not going to be asked to pay directly for my services ... I will ask that you make a commitment to use me as your Buyer's Agent before I invest a significant amount of my time in helping you. This commitment doesn't obligate you to buy a home ... But rather only stipulates that if you do buy one (within a specific period of time) you'll use me as your Realtor.
Don't worry ... If it turns out that we are not able to work well together ... We can mutually decide to terminate our agreement. After all, I'm really only interested in working with clients who really want me to help them find and buy a home.
In summary ... My help is Free to You ... But it consumes my most important resource ... Time ... So it's not Free to me. That's why I'll be asking you to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement.
