I'll 'Be There' Through Your Closing
Whenever there’s an Offer for your home, my role is to represent your interests rather than the buyer's. The Buyer normally has their own Realtor (a Buyer’s Agent).
Offers to buy your home are made in writing and delivered to me for presentation to you. I’ll be there to assist in reviewing offers and discuss the particular benefits or pitfalls of a given offer. Additionally, I’ll provide a financial analysis of your ‘bottom line’ for each offer. We’ll work together to achieve a ratified contract that best fits your needs. Hopefully, it will be win-win situation.
I always develop a detailed plan to move your ratified contract to a smooth closing. I'm routinely able to email updated plan versions as we move toward closing.
